48th Ave NW - Robinson to Rock Creek
Project Scope of Work:
This project is located along 48th Avenue NW, extending from Robinson Street through the Rock Creek Road intersection. The scope includes full reconstruction of the existing two-lane roadway, which will be replaced with a new two-lane section featuring curb and gutter. In addition, center left-turn lanes will be added at key intersections to enhance traffic flow. The project also includes the installation of a 10-foot-wide, ADA-compliant multi-use sidewalk to accommodate both pedestrians and bicyclists. Additional improvements include upgraded drainage infrastructure to support long-term roadway sustainability and reduce localized flooding.
