36th Ave SE from Cedar Lane Road to State HWY 9
Project Scope of Work:
This project is located along 36th Ave SE from Cedar Lane Road to State Highway 9 (SH-9). 36th Ave SE will be widened from the existing 2-lane roadway to 4-lanes with on-street bicycle lanes. The widening will also require the replacement of the bridge carrying Dave Blue Creek under 36th Ave SE and the addition of a stormwater drainage system throughout the corridor. Additionally, ADA compliant sidewalks will be added along each side of the roadway.
Project Updates:
Survey portion has been completed and 60% plans were submitted in January 2024. Design is progressing.
This project was submitted for a Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE) Grant in February 2024.
